This utensil is made of bamboo with a spoon on one end and a fork on the other. We love products that turn away from single use plastic, which we predict will become banned one day soon. We encourage you to make the change now! We first saw them being sold at a favorite lunch spot called Tin Roof. We’ve been impressed that the folks at Tin Roof stopped selling bottled water, then stopped using straws, and are now encouraging customers to buy and use a #Sporkitup as a fundraiser to support a super cool non-profit called the Maui Huliau Foundation.

This new department is designed to showcase some of the creative and delicious things we find as we travel across Hawai’i. We are storytellers in search of people who are bringing their innovative ideas to life, so if you have something to share, please reach out to us.
