INGREDIENTS:

1 oz Old Lahaina Silver Rum
1 oz Old Lahaina Dark Rum
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz Orange Curaçao
1/2 oz Macadamia Nut Orgeat

LILIKO’I INGREDIENTS:

1/2 oz. local honey
1 oz liliko’i purée
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz egg whites
1.5 oz cold water

FOAM DIRECTIONS:
Mix ingredients well and put into a nitrous oxide infuser. Fill half way. If you do not have an infuser, pop in a blender and blend until frothy.

Grab your favorite glass. Add lime juice, macadamia nut orgeat, orange curaçao and Old Lahaina Light Rum. Shake with ice. Add Old Lahaina Dark Rum as a float. Top with Liliko’i Foam. Sip and enjoy!
