MAC NUT HUMMUS

- 1 Cup Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts
- 1 Cup Garbanzo Beans (Cooked and Cooled)
- 2 Tbs. Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbs. Water
- 1 tsp. Garlic (Minced)
- 10 Mint or Basil Leaves (Cleaned)
- Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
- Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
