Roasted Beet Dressing
- Roasted Beets
- Oil
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Ume
- Rice Vinegar
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
Bento Bowl
- Watermelon Radish
- Rainbow Carrot
- Purple Daikon
- Beet
- Azuki Bean
- 'Ulu
- Goma
- Wakame
- Hiziki
- Sea Asparagus
- Warabi
- Pickled Papaya
- Marinated Bean Sprouts
- Pickled Mung Bean Sprouts
- Atsu Age Poke
- Garlic Chips
- Negi
Instructions
- Cook long rice.
- Chill and toss in roasted beet dressing.
- Place long rice in bowl and top with fresh vegetables, sea vegetables, tofu, Japanese pickles, and sprouts.
