Roasted Beet Dressing

  • Roasted Beets
  • Oil
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Ume
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper

Bento Bowl

  • Watermelon Radish
  • Rainbow Carrot
  • Purple Daikon
  • Beet
  • Azuki Bean
  • 'Ulu
  • Goma
  • Wakame
  • Hiziki
  • Sea Asparagus
  • Warabi
  • Pickled Papaya
  • Marinated Bean Sprouts
  • Pickled Mung Bean Sprouts
  • Atsu Age Poke
  • Garlic Chips
  • Negi

Instructions

  • Cook long rice. 
  • Chill and toss in roasted beet dressing. 
  • Place long rice in bowl and top with fresh vegetables, sea vegetables, tofu, Japanese pickles, and sprouts.
