INGREDIENTS
1 strawberry, chopped
½ in. cucumber slice, chopped
½ oz. honey syrup (1:1)
5 mint leaves
½ oz. fresh-pressed lime
1 oz. Aperol
1½ oz. Kōloa White Rum
1 oz. soda water
cucumber slice, to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Muddle cucumber, strawberry honey syrup. Add the remaining ingredients to the pint glass, less the soda, and shake. Add the soda water, then strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with cucumber.
