INGREDIENTS
12 tomatoes, red
1 red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
3 cucumbers
6 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 carrots, robot coup (roughly chopped in a food processor)
1 jalape.o, seeded, chopped
1 finger ginger, peeled
½ cup apple cider vinegar
¼cup olive oil, EVOO
1 Tbs. sea salt
½Tbs. pepper, black, cracked
3 avocados
1 cucumber
15 cherry tomatoes
DIRECTIONS
1. Assemble the Kitchenaid grinder attachment and rough chop all the vegetables except the avocados, cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
2. Grind the vegetables into a plastic or glass container; do not use metal.
3. Add the salt, pepper, vinegar and EVOO, stir. Refrigerate and serve with cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber and avocado fan.
