Citrus Vanilla Black Pepper Dressing

 

CITRUS VANILLA BLACK PEPPER DRESSING

Equipment

  • Mason Jar
  • Whisk

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Whole Vanilla Bean
  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Slit open the vanilla bean, lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through the bean.
  • Open the bean and take your knife and scrape the vanilla seeds out and place it in a mason jar.
  • Add all other ingredients and whisk to combine. Chill and serve.

Notes

Notes. We never throw away vanilla bean pods. You can add them to the dressing for extra flavor or add them to a container of sugar to flavor the sugar.
