Over 1500 years ago when Polynesians set sail they prepared over 24 plants to travel the journey across the Pacific Ocean. Today we are experiencing a renewed focus on these crops due to a heavy interest and thirst of knowledge with knowing where our food originates.  Here is a list of 24 canoe crops and 4 simple recipes that we hope can inspire some delicious locally sourced meals.
