BANANA ICE CREAM
- Cookie Tray
- 12 Ripe Blue Java Bananas
- 2 Cups Fresh Coconut Milk
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Peel and slice bananas and place them on a cookie tray in a single layer.
- Freeze bananas for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Place frozen banana slices in a Vita-Mix or blender, add enough coconut milk to barely cover the bananas, and blend until smooth.
- Add more coconut milk if needed.
- Add a pinch of sea salt.
- Re-freeze ice cream for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Serve and enjoy!
