Brunch is a great meal to share with friends, but can you really pull it all together by mid morning? Come enjoy a demonstration of how to keep it simple and delicious while meeting the brunch time frame and enjoying meal time with friends.
This will be a demonstration only class were you will have an interactive discussion while learning how to make, sage and rosemary buttermilk biscuits, fig walnut and orange scones, a seasonal citrus salad, whipped honey butter and light and delicious scrambled eggs.
The class will have 2 hours of demonstration time and end with a shared brunch.

What’s the refund policy?
If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to a class, you will receive a full credit (not a cash refund, but a credit towards another class or for use in The Spoon Shop). After that, you may transfer your registration to someone else (we ask you to notify us in advance if you’re doing this). In the rare event that an instructor needs to cancel last minute, students will receive a full refund. We do not otherwise offer cash refunds.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
You may transfer your registration/ticket to someone else, for no fee. Please contact us directly to do that.
Kahuku Farms is in the process of transitioning an area of the farm to Certified Organic. Help be a part of this movement. Learn about growing food without the use of chemicals. A big part of Organic agriculture is weed control. There are many competitive plants that interfere with us growing food. Help us remove these plant pests, grow more food, and get a free smoothie!

Eating House 1849 by Roy Yamaguchi at Kapolei Commons will celebrate its one-year anniversary by inviting family and friends for an afternoon of plantation-influenced festivities and flavors. The celebration will kick off at 11 a.m. and last through 2 p.m. with lauhala weaving, Gyotaku prints, local farmers market booths and a variety of other interactive activities for keiki and friends.
