Makes about 1 cup of dressing
2 Tbsp of fresh squeezed orange juice
2 Tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 Tbsp of rice wine vinegar 1 whole vanilla bean
1 tablespoon of freshly ground black pepper
1 Cup olive oil
Slit open the vanilla bean, length wise, being careful not to cut all the way through the bean. Open the bean and take your knife and scrape the vanilla seeds out and place it in a mason jar.
Add all other ingredients and whisk to combine. Chill and serve.
Notes. We never throw away vanilla bean pods. You can add them to the dressing for extra flavor or add them to a container of sugar to flavor the sugar.
